About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development of marketing analytics solutions, including SQL-based datasets and reporting pipelines
- Build and manage dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools to track campaign performance and business KPIs
- Analyze customer, transactional, and digital engagement data to identify actionable optimization opportunities
- Execute CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, paid media, and digital channels
- Assist with audience segmentation and personalization strategies using CRM and customer data platforms
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day project workstreams and provide guidance to junior analysts and consultants
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and marketing datasets
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM workflows, customer segmentation, and campaign measurement
- Ability to communicate data insights in a clear, business-focused manner
- Proven stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a consulting, analytics, or marketing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to customer data platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Salesforce
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms like GA4 or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with A/B testing, lifecycle marketing analytics, or campaign measurement frameworks
- Background in sports, entertainment, media, or consumer-focused industries
