Lead Consultant, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and analytics frameworks.
• Own end-to-end data workflows across cloud environments such as Redshift, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Analyze fan and consumer data to identify trends in behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle insights.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable strategies for ticketing revenue, engagement, and retention.
• Serve as the primary analytics lead for Enterprise clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Manage and develop a small team while overseeing a portfolio of high-visibility client projects.
• Create compelling, client-ready narratives and presentations to communicate strategic direction.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, CRM strategy, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Experience working with consumer or fan data, including segmentation and lifecycle analysis.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel and various BI tools.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the sports, entertainment, or fan-driven business sectors.
