Lead Consultant - Data Product/Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead the project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, cutover, and release for data load activities.
• Drive data product strategy, including data modeling standards, design, and domain-specific implementation.
• Manage resource planning, hiring, and vendor management to ensure successful delivery and transition to BAU.
• Define and execute non-SAP data migration strategies, including sequencing, initial/delta loads, and rollback plans.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Data Office, engineering teams, and business partners to ensure data governance and alignment.
• Oversee data load execution, including preparation of load files, transformation specifications, and reconciliation.
• Utilize Jira for managing epics, stories, workflows, and sprint planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in resource planning, hiring, and managing vendors for data product delivery.
• Strong expertise in data product strategy, data modeling, and architecture within complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with data load execution, validation, and defect management.
• Deep understanding of SAP data structures (e.g., Finance, Sales & Distribution, Procurement).
• Experience defining non-SAP data migration strategies and managing data remediation.
• Proficiency in data profiling, impact assessment, and source-to-target mapping.
• Experience with master and metadata management and applying governance standards.
• Ability to work with tools such as Snowflake, Collibra, Talend, or ADM/Syniti.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of SnapLogic, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.
• Experience running a data architecture governance function.
• Experience coaching junior analysts and guiding teams through large-scale digital transformations.
• Exposure to relevant industry domains such as Pharma, R&D, or Manufacturing.
