Lead Consultant Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and measurable outcomes.
• Drive and communicate product vision, strategy, and success metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead complex requirements discovery, documentation, and impact analysis across large-scale initiatives.
• Influence senior stakeholders by articulating trade-offs and driving alignment between business and technology teams.
• Define sophisticated AI and analytics requirements, translating business strategy into scalable AI use cases.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, data, and GenAI/ML specialists.
• Translate complex business challenges into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee testing, validation, and release readiness to ensure solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.

Requirements

• Educational background consisting of a Computer Science degree and an MBA.
• Proven experience with projects built on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong working knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven product features.
• Proficiency in business analysis frameworks and agile product management practices.
