Lead Construction Manager - Water

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects for water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities
• Manage construction administration phases, including schedule and submittal reviews, RFIs, change requests, and pay applications
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Engineer of Record (EOR), contractors, sub-consultants, and utility owners
• Manage staffing efforts for field and field office staff, including forecasting requirements and delegating tasks to junior staff
• Oversee subconsultant firms, monitoring costs and invoices to ensure projects remain on budget
• Assist in the preparation and review of client fee proposals and construction phase budgeting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field
• 18+ years of construction supervisory experience
• At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Construction Manager
• OSHA Training

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 18+ years of specific water/wastewater project experience (pump stations and pipelines)
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
