Lead Construction Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction management activities for data center projects
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental requirements
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards
• Manage project reporting, including schedule updates and cost tracking
• Coordinate with design, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams
• Support procurement activities, contract negotiations, and change management
• Ensure successful project handover and commissioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10–15 years of construction management experience
• Proven experience delivering complex projects valued at over USD 100 million
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes
• Experience managing multiple contractors and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of project controls, scheduling, and risk management
