Lead Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction teams to ensure effective execution of project plans
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues
• Review technical documentation, including drawings and design modifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards
• Prepare and present construction reports and updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, specifically in PMC roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in Western and Gulf regions
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
