Lead, Community Engagement and Strategy, Institutional Communities

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of Institutional Communities sessions at the Partner Advisory Group Meeting 2026 and Annual Meeting 2027.
• Support the Head of Institutional Communities in delivering strategic priorities and high-quality event programming.
• Prepare briefing materials and identify thematic topics for Steering and Executive Committee Meetings.
• Drive community engagement and development processes to monitor member growth and retention.
• Lead consultations with external stakeholders to deepen relationships with Partner Representatives.
• Collaborate with internal business and centre teams to shape community programming.
• Draft key communications, including talking points, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Integrate AI into day-to-day efforts to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement and community management, ideally in an international or multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven experience in delivering high-profile events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an international organization.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across complex, cross-functional teams.
