Lead, Communications

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to build and execute comprehensive employee communications programs and messaging strategies.
• Create engaging content including town halls, webcasts, memos, video messages, and multi-channel digital content.
• Utilize communications tools and analytics to maximize audience engagement and measure effectiveness.
• Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure enterprise alignment and share best practices.
• Support change initiatives by developing internal communications that align employees to business imperatives.
• Translate complex technical and operational topics into clear, accessible messaging for diverse audiences.
• Review and edit written content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 7 years of experience.
• 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of corporate communications experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AP Style.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional written, verbal, and creative communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives and building trusted advisor relationships.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Experience in the aerospace, defense, technology, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong project management abilities and the capacity to influence leadership thinking.
