About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end communication planning for Live Streaming platforms including TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Develop high-conversion scripts, flows, and tactical hooks to drive GMV
- Pilot new creative tactics and interactive mechanics to drive engagement and immediate sales
- Tailor communication plans for brand partners to ensure unique value propositions drive growth
- Oversee live streaming calendars and coordinate with KOLs, production, and brand teams
- Analyze live stream data to identify revenue drivers and optimize profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Communication Planning, Content Strategy, or Live Stream Management
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with TikTok or Ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada)
- Proven track record of creating content that drives commercial results and revenue
- Deep knowledge of TikTok/Marketplace ecosystems and algorithm trends
- Strong analytical ability to turn metrics into actionable strategy pivots
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills in both Thai and English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
