Lead Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test scenarios for mechanical equipment and systems
• Monitor and actively participate in FWT/FAT of equipment
• Coordinate and manage the commissioning process by suppliers
• Perform equipment inspections to ensure construction compliance with supplier submissions
• Conduct tests and provide documentation that equipment is correctly delivered, installed, tested, and configured according to project specifications
• Draft quality accreditation / installation quality control / commissioning of mechanical equipment
• Assign testing tasks to the mechanical equipment commissioning team
• Execute test scenarios to verify equipment and system operation according to design specifications
• Ensure safe working practices are followed by all commissioning team members
• Ensure achievement of goals and adherence to the schedule
• Prepare reports on the status of the mechanical equipment commissioning team
• Understand and implement LEED specifications and requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (University/Technical Institute)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning mechanical and electrical installations (HVAC, fluid/hydraulic systems, electrical networks, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD

• Experience in commissioning data center installations
