Lead, Commercial Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize commercial operating processes across revenue-generating functions
• Build frameworks to improve organizational effectiveness and execution velocity
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Strategy teams
• Monitor key business metrics and recommend sustainable solutions
• Direct executive and board-level reporting, including board materials and earnings packages
• Translate executive priorities into actionable operating plans with clear accountability
• Support enterprise decision-making through structured analysis and business insights
• Manage office priorities, workflows, and special projects within the Office of the President

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, or fintech
• Strong background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Experience interfacing with senior executive leaders (CEO, President, CRO)
• Sector experience in Consumer banking, Payments, Fintech, Lending, or Investment Banking
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and operational transformations
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly analytical with strong financial and operational acumen
• Ability to operate in high-growth, highly-matrixed, and ambiguous environments
