Lead Commercial Loan Closing Representative

Responsibilities

• Support the effectiveness of the team by managing pre-close and post-close documentation for complex commercial real estate loans
• Provide mentorship and day-to-day work leadership to the Commercial Loan Closing team
• Review and prepare loan-related documents and guide others on complex operational decisions
• Implement and contribute to new or revised processes and procedures across various work groups
• Provide subject matter expertise to peers and managers regarding functions, policies, and compliance requirements
• Identify and present ideas for improving tools and processes within the closing department

Requirements

• 7+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience (or equivalent through training, education, or military experience)
• Experience managing complex commercial real estate loan documentation
• Ability to leverage AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot for summarizing information and analyzing data
• Strong critical thinking skills to interpret AI outputs and make informed business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and lead within a team environment
