Lead Commercial Leadership Development Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive leadership development strategy, including training programs, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.
• Design and enhance engaging training materials and resources aligned with leadership competencies and organizational goals.
• Lead impactful training sessions focused on leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and communication.
• Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders to help them navigate career paths.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure training alignment with company-wide objectives.
• Utilize data and metrics to measure the impact of development initiatives and drive data-backed decisions.
• Monitor the progress of leadership trainees and provide guidance for ongoing development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years of relevant job-related experience.
• 2 years of commercial experience (e.g., sales, operations, marketing, analytics, or market research).
• Ability to travel 35% of the time, including potential overnight or weekend travel.
• Demonstrated ability to work with an inclusion mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of front-line selling experience.
• Professional certifications in leadership development or training.
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
