Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic customer selection by focusing on companies with annual sales revenue between $100MM and $2B
• Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships by understanding the needs of financial decision makers
• Lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow and real estate loans
• Offer a full suite of complex solutions by engaging product organizations to develop client-specific offerings
• Collaborate with peers and senior managers to resolve client issues and identify process improvements
• Support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients through existing networks
• Drive relationship planning activities and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines

Requirements

• 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience or equivalent demonstrated experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lending and treasury management products
• Completion of a formal credit training program
• Experience managing commercial banking relationships for clients with $100MM to $2B in revenue
• Strong in-market presence with an established network to support business development
• Demonstrated experience generating and retaining long-term client relationships
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
