About the Company

We’re launching Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars in Colorado Springs—both leading national youth sports programs focused on building confidence, coordination, and life skills for kids ages 1–10 through sports. We bring structured, high-energy classes directly to preschools, schools, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging sports classes for kids ages 1–10, primarily preschool and early elementary ages
• Create a fun, safe, and energetic learning environment
• Conduct outreach to preschools, schools, and local businesses to secure new program partnerships
• Increase registrations through grassroots marketing and community outreach
• Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities and build long-term community relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience with cold sales, business development, or partnership outreach
• Demonstrated success generating leads, setting meetings, and closing opportunities
• Experience working with or coaching children under 5 years old
• High-energy, engaging personality comfortable leading groups of young children
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Colorado Springs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in youth sports, coaching, early childhood education, or fitness
• Existing relationships within Colorado Springs schools or preschools
• Experience with grassroots marketing or event outreach
• CPR, First Aid, Safesport, or sports coaching certifications
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience using CRM systems
