Lead, Cloud Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Scout’s Automotive Cloud and Connected Services initiatives across vehicle, cloud, mobile, and digital ecosystems
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Commercial Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, and external partners
• Lead day-to-day program execution for workstreams including OTA, diagnostics, mobile apps, and cloud architecture
• Establish and enforce clear governance structures, roles, and ownership
• Provide visibility into program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points
• Translate complex technical requirements into concise, executive-ready insights
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across integrated workstreams
• Lead adoption of new tools and processes such as Jira and Confluence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 12+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in software, cloud, or digital environments
• Proven experience managing multi-system integrations (cloud, APIs, backend, mobile, or vehicle systems)
• Proficiency in enterprise project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud architecture, and distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational ambiguity
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA, Engineering, or related field)
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or Prosci/OCM
• Experience in automotive, connected vehicle, IoT, or mobility ecosystems
• Familiarity with OTA systems, telemetry, diagnostics, or subscription platforms
• Experience working across Engineering, IT, Product, and Commercial organizations simultaneously
