Lead Clinician

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the Sono Bello patient experience and efficient daily clinical operations
• Balance lead clinician duties with core clinical responsibilities (RN/LPN) on a 50/50 split
• Support day-to-day clinical activities in an accredited outpatient surgical facility
• Assist the Practice Manager with nurse scheduling and clinical assignments to maximize surgery output
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Enforce policy adherence consistent with AAAHC guidelines for QA/QI
• Perform chart audits and provide clinical team member follow-up and education
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new clinical staff

Requirements

• LPN or RN licensure (MA/ST certification at minimum preferred)
• Two or more years of clinical experience
• Active ACLS certification
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical leadership experience
• Experience in a cosmetic practice or medical office management
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
