Lead Clinical Trainer (RN)

Responsibilities

• Act as the field-based owner of training fidelity within the assigned region
• Support the on-site learning experience for Center team members
• Manage practicum and shadowing assignments and logistics for new team members
• Collaborate with Center leadership to oversee competency signoffs
• Perform scheduled visits to assigned centers to support leaders and Center Champions
• Partner with the L&D central hub to design and coordinate on-site learning opportunities
• Work with SMEs and People Team partners to ensure learning programs meet business needs

Requirements

• Unrestricted RN license within the required region/state (compact license is a plus)
• 3–5+ years of experience teaching or training in the field
• Demonstrated experience in facilitation and communication
• Experience delivering learning programs
• Ability to coach others, including leaders, using structured frameworks
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a value-based care or elder care/PACE environment
