About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment
  • Collect data and troubleshoot real-world situations while providing feedback to engineers
  • Prioritize customer experience and communicate with hospital staff regarding robot operation
  • Prepare and publish monthly schedules
  • Onboard and train new Clinical Robot Associates
  • Approve time cards and manage coverage for callouts
  • Escalate corrective action issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Supervisory experience leading small teams, including scheduling and training
  • Strong customer service and de-escalation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to undergo vendor credentialing (immunizations, background check, drug screen)

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
