About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment
- Collect data and troubleshoot real-world situations while providing feedback to engineers
- Prioritize customer experience and communicate robot operation to hospital staff and the public
- Prepare and publish monthly schedules
- Onboard and train new Clinical Robot Associates
- Approve time cards and manage coverage for callouts
- Escalate corrective action issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Supervisory experience leading small teams (scheduling, training, support)
- Strong customer service and de-escalation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain vendor credentials (immunizations, background check, drug screen)
