About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 8–10 strategic enterprise client relationships across North America
  • Guide clients through the entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding to renewal
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
  • Drive client retention and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to communicate client feedback and success stories
  • Monitor account health and use data to track product usage, engagement, and renewal potential
  • Conduct regular business planning meetings to evaluate success and identify future objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles
  • Proven success in managing stakeholder and C-suite relationships
  • Experience working within the sports or entertainment industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS and enterprise software products
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the KORE intelligence platform
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite for detailed reporting and presentations
