Lead Client Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for APAC clients
• Lead the RFP process and manage regional quoting
• Resolve complex customer issues on-site and remotely
• Design, architect, and implement advanced voice network solutions
• Support lab setup, integration testing, and product configuration
• Mentor and upskill the professional services team
• Collaborate with Support, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to deployment

Requirements

• Professional experience in IT implementation, networking, and technical support
• Prior experience in professional services or solutions engineering with pre/post-sales scope
• Experience troubleshooting voice, networking, telephony, and UCC technologies (SBC, SIP, VoIP)
• Knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP architectures
• Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle SBCs (Acme Packet series)
• Cloud environment experience, specifically AWS or GCP
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Experience with trading floor support and trader voice implementation is highly desired

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA / CompTIA Network+
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SaaS delivery
• Knowledge of Active Directory, MSI Deployment, and Firewall/Proxy setups
