Lead CJA Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions aligned with business and marketing objectives
• Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to identify reporting gaps and priority use cases
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics frameworks, KPI definitions, and reporting structures
• Partner with technical teams to shape data models and integration requirements across CJA, Marketo, AEP, and Adobe RTCDP
• Define dashboard and reporting strategies, including executive and operational views
• Establish best practices for governance, taxonomy alignment, and metric consistency
• Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional teams through complex analytics initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or customer journey analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) design
• Proven experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, and reporting strategy for enterprise programs
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts, including schemas and datasets
• Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) and customer data activation strategies
• Knowledge of Marketo data structures and marketing automation data flows
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Adobe Analytics, Marketo, etc.)
• Experience designing measurement frameworks for customer experience organizations
• Familiarity with dashboard wireframing and executive storytelling
• Working knowledge of tagging, instrumentation, and data quality considerations
• Relevant Adobe or analytics certifications
