Lead Civil/Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural construction activities in offshore environments
• Oversee site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with marine construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors
• Review and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings and IFC documents
• Coordinate with design consultants for offshore structures and marine foundations
• Support construction sequencing and methodology development for offshore works
• Interface with marine, geotechnical, MEP, and dredging teams
• Enforce HSE standards in marine and offshore construction environments
• Lead a team of civil engineers, site engineers, and supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 13–15+ years of experience in civil/structural construction in the oil & gas industry
• Minimum 5+ years in offshore construction projects
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and solve field issues
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards
