Lead Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct subcontractor tender research and participate in drafting agreements and certifications
• Supervise and coordinate works, subcontractors, and crews according to schedules
• Perform market research for materials and participate in drafting cost estimates and technical offers
• Review study designs to identify errors or omissions early
• Coordinate all project works and resolve technical construction problems
• Monitor and control project expenses
• Schedule weekly or emergency maintenance works and log them in maintenance software
• Perform highway infrastructure inspections according to contractual obligations
• Prepare progress reports for management
• Communicate with public services and third-party agencies
• Monitor the implementation of Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in highway concession projects
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
