Lead Cashier

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales volume and ensure customer service remains the top priority
• Oversee the cash register area to maintain customer and associate awareness
• Execute management-level register functions including returns, exchanges, and voids
• Maintain visual presentation standards and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Sales Associates
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to support store operations
• Maintain accuracy in all paperwork and follow inventory shrinkage protocols

Requirements

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work rotating hours as assigned by management
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Professional image and conduct in line with brand standards
