About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model for high standards in customer service and brand integrity
- Oversee cash operations including drawer assignments, deposits, and reconciliation of variances
- Support and train associates by communicating company policies, standards, and processes
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to front-line employees
- Manage sales activities and staffing levels to meet business needs and maximize efficiency
- Monitor merchandise presentation and stock levels to ensure alignment with brand image
- Execute compliance with Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks such as signing off on returns, price overrides, and post-voids
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proven ability to handle currency with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and retention
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated capacity for collaborative work within a diverse team
