Lead Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living including cleaning, laundry, and dishes
• Cook and serve meals
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to stores or appointments
• Monitor and report on client condition
• Assist with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Fill in for critical shifts and new client intakes
• Train new caregivers

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Active state NAC/CNA or HCA license
• One year of experience in home care, AFH, hospital, or nursing home settings
• Ability to lift minimum 10lbs and up to 50lbs rarely
• Ownership of a smartphone with mobile app capabilities
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to transport clients in personal vehicle
• Ability to pass state and national background checks
• Ability to adapt to flexible or call-in schedules
