Lead Campus Professional

Responsibilities

• Develop one-on-one relationships with Jewish students through proactive engagement
• Collaborate with students to develop and deliver 9–12 annual programs
• Mentor student leaders, club presidents, and interns to grow leadership capacity
• Maintain a visible presence on the SFU campus and represent Hillel BC at events
• Create inclusive spaces and support students navigating identity and campus climate
• Maintain records of student engagement and program outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0–2 years of professional work experience
• Passion for building Jewish community and culture
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications
• Valid Canadian driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in student engagement or nonprofit programming
• Ability to navigate complex campus climates with resilience

Benefits

• Salary range of $54,000–$57,000
