Lead Campaign Operations

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy sophisticated multi-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to manage high-quality campaign assets and templates using Knak.
• Partner with Data Cloud and CRM teams to ensure precise audience segmentation, targeting, and cross-system data synchronization.
• Analyze real-time campaign performance metrics to unlock strategic optimizations for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Support and scale campaign operations workflows and QA processes to maximize efficiency with IT, Analytics, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of dedicated Marketing Operations experience with a technical focus on quality assurance and asset creation.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Strong working knowledge of B2B sales and marketing funnels, commercial pipelines, and lead handoff processes.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Domo or Looker and various data enrichment tools.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong cross-functional communication skills for working with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing event management uploads, webinar logistics, and automated list synchronization.
