About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor call center operations when the Supervisor is unavailable
  • Provide guidance to staff regarding appointment schedule changes and conflicts
  • Serve as a liaison for patient situations, including handling upset or dissatisfied patients
  • Oversee training for new hires
  • Assist with reports and other administrative projects
  • Greet, register, and schedule patients to ensure an exceptional experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two years of customer support experience in a medical or clinical office setting
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems such as Athena, Greenway, or Phreesia
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Ability to occasionally travel during the work week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree
