About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the vital link between the Cabin Supply Chain and the Final Assembly Line (FAL) to ensure A320 delivery milestones are met
- Coordinate on-site supplier support teams to ensure immediate reactivity to operational issues
- Resolve roadblocks and manage non-conformity items through to closure
- Monitor critical parts and provide accurate "On Dock Dates" (ODD) to FAL leadership
- Mitigate supply chain risks in collaboration with Quality Managers
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying repetitive issues and initiating Practical Problem Solving (PPS) procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Professional background in Quality, Production, or Supply Chain
- Negotiation-level English and advanced French language skills
- Familiarity with SAP (PEA, PAC) is highly valued
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment
