Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to develop system software required for our products
• Review code of the team to ensure that coding standards are complied with
• Create a roadmap for feature development to meet customer needs
• Contribute hands-on with your team in the development of the software stack
• Design, develop, test, debug, update, and maintain code

Requirements

• 13+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge and experience in C++ programming
• Hands-on experience in device drivers and board bring-up in Linux and FreeRTOS
• Experience in I2C, SPI, UART, and other serial communication protocols
• Experience in memory mapped devices in Linux and RTOS environments
• Hands-on experience in Python
• Experience in automated testing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Linux kernel and Hardware accelerator based datapath for packet processing
• Experience in Wireless firmware (e.g., PHY/MAC layer drivers for WiFi) for Linux
• Experience working in deeptech or telecommunications
