Lead Business Unit Integrator - Financial Analysis

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Business Unit Integrator for multiple P-8 program contracts, coordinating financial planning and analysis activities
• Lead the development and management of Estimates at Complete (EAC), including risk and opportunity analysis and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain the Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP) and support monthly program financial forecasting and FP&A processes
• Analyze program financial performance, including revenue, cost, margin, and P&L drivers
• Partner with program management, engineering, supply chain, contracts, and pricing teams to support financial strategy
• Provide financial support for new business campaigns, proposals, and pricing strategies
• Support executive reviews, Integrated Program Reviews (IPR), and leadership briefings
• Drive continuous improvement in program financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Operations and/or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• 3+ years of experience with the financial EAC process, LRBP & Forecast process, budget baseline process, and Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting (CSPR)
• Experience building strong business relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in program finance or business operations
• Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) programs or government contracts
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) or cost performance analysis
• Experience in estimating, contracts, pricing, or proposal development
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for program leadership
