Lead Business Systems Analyst, Engineering - Personalization

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog refinement, execution, and delivery through effective story grooming and UAT planning.
• Facilitate marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams, and process flows.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and publishing progress reports.
• Direct day-to-day activities in alignment with the bank's risk culture and compliance obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related).
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within large enterprise financial institutions.
• 1-2+ years of experience specifically in planning and analyzing business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
• Proven experience working with MarTech platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Pega CDH, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with diverse end-users and stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Background in Digital, Marketing, Personalization, or Sales Enablement technology.
