Lead, Business Process, Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping and standardization efforts to simplify workflows and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Own global planning process standards and the business capability roadmap, driving alignment from design through implementation and adoption.
• Define and prioritize business requirements for planning solutions in partnership with IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Establish and govern master data standards, business rules, process controls, and performance measures.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Logistics teams to optimize end-to-end processes and improve operational performance.
• Ensure planning system capabilities align with enterprise process standards and digital platform strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using operational data to increase efficiency, visibility, and decision quality.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning or supply chain management.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis Supply Chain Management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement operations processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-mix environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading global transformation initiatives specifically with SAP S/4HANA and/or Kinaxis.
• Familiarity with advanced supply chain models and digital procurement tools.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment within a global matrix organizational structure.
• Strong presentation skills for sharing strategic insights with senior leadership.
