About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead business operations across the Connected Services organization by enabling strong business planning, cost transparency, and analytical rigor
  • Partner with Program Management, Product, Finance, and Marketing to align long-range plans and execution priorities
  • Develop and maintain operational and financial models to support future Connected Services offerings
  • Track and analyze operational spend, vendor costs, and OPEX in partnership with Finance
  • Architect the development of future-state P&L structures and unit-cost models
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations
  • Collaborate with Data Science resources to support predictive modeling and scenario analysis
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles by preparing executive materials and forecasting
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in metrics and reporting across Charging, Connected Services, and Fleet initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of business operations processes and analytical standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, finance, strategy, or program support
  • Demonstrated experience in business planning, forecasting, budgeting, or operational analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Program Management teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Familiarity with P&L modeling, unit economics, or cost-to-serve analysis
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex financial and operational concepts

  • MBA or equivalent degree
