Lead Business Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and development projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Build and manage data pipelines using Talend, SQL, and Snowflake
• Provide technical and operational support for customers and internal technical areas
• Manage risk functions including vulnerability reconciliation and security baselines
• Handle administrative tool functions, documentation, and service requests
• Participate in user training to increase platform awareness
• Ensure timely resolution of incident, problem, and change tickets following ITIL processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience
• 6+ years of data warehousing experience, including production environment management (planning, design, deployment, and upkeep)
• 6+ years of experience managing distributed teams with an employee/vendor mix
• 6+ years of experience managing offshore vendors
• Strong understanding of star/snowflake schemas and data integration methods
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
