About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead support functions and strategic initiatives by translating customer and banker needs into clear product features with acceptance criteria
- Decompose product area features and create technical functional specifications to support agile product teams
- Manage the product backlog to ensure efficiency, quality, and effective pipeline management while reducing sprint carryover
- Coordinate cross-functional testing activities, including UAT and ADA validation, to ensure release readiness
- Research and analyze complex business and operational initiatives using user feedback and delivery metrics to inform execution decisions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Principal Engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and support Agile planning routines
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and manage relationships with cross-functional partners in a regulated environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Analyst
- 5+ years of experience supporting agile delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in branch banking or digital product management involving authentication systems
- Strong capability in Agile backlog refinement and decomposing features into detailed user stories
- Hands-on experience with UAT participation, defect triage, and translating testing outcomes into actionable updates
- Ability to synthesize user feedback and delivery metrics into data-driven Agile decisions
- Experience operating within regulated, risk-aware environments and supporting audit activities
