Lead Business Execution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute regional programs and initiatives.
• Partner with the Business Office to synthesize complex inputs into compelling leadership narratives.
• Own end-to-end storyboarding for high-visibility forums, including Board Reviews and Business Unit Reviews with the COO.
• Govern and track regional priorities, surfacing risks, dependencies, and decision requirements early.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, executive-ready reports, and dashboards.
• Drive disciplined execution through clear ownership, milestones, and outcome-oriented reporting.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and adoption of governance routines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation.
• Exceptional storyboarding and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel to uncover trends and risks.
• High standards for execution discipline, governance, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or strategy/analytics.
• Experience operating in high-visibility, fast-paced environments with senior leadership exposure.
• Background in banking or financial services.
