Lead Business Architect - Sales

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Sales Finance, and Central Data Teams to lead end-to-end analytics projects, including requirement gathering, ETL, and dashboard development.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Drive the definition, implementation, and ongoing tracking of end-to-end key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Design and develop advanced dashboards to visualize data and enable clear communication of business performance.
• Present data-driven findings and compelling stories to senior leaders and executive-level audiences.
• Apply systems thinking to identify emerging trends and transform data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant business experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (MS or MBA preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL for data acquisition, segmentation, and aggregation.
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of programming languages or statistical packages such as Python, R, SAS, or JMP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-driven testing and root-cause analysis.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
