Lead Business Analyst - PLM

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the PDM application landscape and manage the SPDB platform
• Drive digital transformation through cloud-hosted software solutions and AWS migration strategies
• Act as the primary customer interface to manage needs, prioritize value, and ensure satisfaction
• Design, implement, and test technical architectures and interface designs in a secure enterprise environment
• Partner with technical departments to validate new applications, tools, and technologies
• Support DevOps initiatives and promote best practices in security and architecture design
• Manage application operations, including capacity planning, resource management, and release cycles
• Monitor service performance, identify KPIs, and implement mitigation plans for potential issues

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Computer Science, IT, or relevant field preferred)
• 8-10 years of techno-functional experience in software architecture, design, and implementation
• Extensive experience with PLM/CAD tools such as Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, or CATIA
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud technologies for implementing serverless web applications
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
• Solid understanding of product structure, configuration management, and release processes
• Ability to perform data analysis using SQL queries
• Advanced level of English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of German language skills
• Experience with calculation, estimation, budgeting, and project management
• Familiarity with Long Term Archiving and downstream manufacturing toolsets
• Experience working in sensitive or protected digital environments
