Lead Business Analyst - Plant Controlling

Responsibilities

• Evaluate key financials at the Product and Product family level to provide insights for corrective actions
• Oversee and monitor the finalization of Business Plans based on BU/IPN targets
• Analyze monthly performance deviations and provide early warning signals to Value Streams
• Evaluate business propositions for new products including make-or-buy analysis and labor mix
• Maintain costing accounting records and supervise timely cost audits
• Evaluate new business proposals and plant-to-plant product transfer proposals
• Drive digital transformation through automation tools to reduce manual efforts
• Monitor revenue budgets and current forecasts, alerting stakeholders to expense deviations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
• Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 2-5 years of experience in cost management, finance, and accounting within a manufacturing organization
• Competent experience with Plant Financial Analysis
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and budgetary controls
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (FI & CO) and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a top 5 business institute
• Knowledge of indirect taxation and transfer price guidelines
