Lead Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis of complex business requirements, defining processes, data requirements, and user journeys
• Act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure alignment on goals and solution design
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology teams, and external vendors to deliver actionable solutions and support UAT
• Identify optimization opportunities, including AI-driven use cases, and provide data-driven insights for process improvements
• Facilitate business workshops and presentations to clarify requirements and achieve stakeholder consensus
• Maintain high-quality, standardized artifacts and ensure adherence to established methodologies

Requirements

• 7–10 years of business analysis experience in large or cross-system projects
• Strong competency in process design, BRD creation, business modeling, and user story development
• Proficiency in SQL fundamentals and a strong understanding of data structures and logic
• Experience working within Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency with MS Visio and Excel
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work effectively with external vendors
• Experience in financial services is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Property Services or corporate enabler domains
• Exposure to cloud data migration and data governance
• Experience with integration analysis, including API design, interface specifications, and message flows
