Lead Building Controls Technician

Responsibilities

• Install Runwise control and setup internet connection
• Install wired and wireless network sensors throughout buildings
• Test control and wireless network systems
• Navigate boiler room anatomy and identify components in steam and hydronic systems
• Coordinate installations with team scheduler
• Update and maintain tracking systems for technology, monitoring, and finance teams
• Maintain necessary parts inventory in service van
• Collaborate with field and associate technicians during installation

Requirements

• Experience in Electrical, Heating, and/or HVAC fields
• Knowledge and understanding of computers and circuits
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Located in the Boston Metro area

• Effective multi-tasking and time management capabilities
• Natural initiative and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets
• Conversational Spanish
