Lead Brand Marketing Sportswear

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual and seasonal Sportswear initiatives to strengthen brand equity and drive consumer demand in the Greater China market.
• Partner with Global Brand Marketing and China cross-functional teams to deliver brand priorities and uphold excellence in execution.
• Drive strategic brand and product initiatives that advance the brand’s ambitions across both growth and protection priorities.
• Translate brand and product priorities into integrated marketing strategies, ensuring strong delivery from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketplace, and operations teams to develop consumer-centric concepts with strong local relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, including brand management, planning, and digital marketing.
• Strong leadership capability with experience leading go-to-market processes in partnership with creative, influencer, and retail teams.
• Proven analytical and strategic capability, including understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and revenue performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong affinity for youth culture and sport, with a genuine passion for the Converse brand.
