Lead Brand Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support online reputation management and monitor reviews across platforms like Trustpilot and Google
• Coordinate review-generation initiatives and analyze customer sentiment
• Manage brand asset development including sales collateral, digital ads, and infographics
• Serve as day-to-day project manager for creative assets and video content production
• Oversee employee swag and partner gifting programs
• Support research and digital PR initiatives, including survey development and tracking earned media
• Provide direction, coaching, and workload management for marketing coordinators
• Lead hiring, performance management, and team development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, or content marketing
• Superior project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
