Lead Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Run sampling events at flagship and high-priority retail locations
• Train and onboard new Brand Ambassadors within your assigned region
• Audit Brand Ambassador events to provide feedback and ensure quality control
• Manage branded setups, product knowledge, and shopper experiences
• Act as the primary point of contact for Brand Ambassadors regarding issues or no-shows
• Submit weekly market recaps including photos, learnings, and shopper insights
• Coordinate regional logistics including product, apparel, and materials
• Represent the brand to store managers and demo coordinators

Requirements

• Weekend availability plus 3–5 hours of weekday administrative work per week
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive across the assigned region
• Commitment to the role for at least 3 months
• Strong written communication skills for recaps and coordination
• Ability to stand for 4–5 hours and lift 20–30 lb boxes
• Completion of company lead training prior to managing events
