About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours per week
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
- Participate in program development, quality improvement, and organizational projects
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- 3 years of experience in the ABA field
- 2 years of experience with a BCBA license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
