Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours per week
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
• Participate in program development, quality improvement, and organizational projects

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure where required
• 3 years of experience in the ABA field
• 2 years of experience with a BCBA license
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
